Welcome to GoSharp! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoSharp mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”) offered by GoSharp. (“GoSharp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a driver. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license issued in the country of operation to use the App and Services as a driver. You must also have a valid vehicle registration and insurance that meets GoSharp’s minimum requirements.

2. Background Check and Verification

You understand and agree to undergo a background check and vehicle verification process conducted by GoSharp or a third-party provider. GoSharp reserves the right to deny your application or deactivate your account based on the results of the background check or vehicle verification.

3. Account Creation

To use the App and Services, you will need to create an account by providing your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, driver’s license details, and any other information as required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify GoSharp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Accepting Rides and Availability

As a driver, you are responsible for managing your availability through the App. You can choose to accept or decline ride requests. Once you accept a ride, you are obligated to pick up the rider and complete the trip according to the directions provided by the App.

5. Vehicle Maintenance and Safety

You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in safe and roadworthy condition. You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations while using the App and Services. GoSharp may require periodic vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met.

6. Driver Conduct

You agree to use the App and Services in a professional and courteous manner. This includes:

• Treating riders with respect and courtesy.
• Maintaining a clean and smoke-free vehicle.
• Driving safely and obeying all traffic laws.
• Avoiding distractions while driving, such as using your phone without hands-free functionality.
• Not being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while using the Services.

GoSharp reserves the right to deactivate your account or take other appropriate action if you violate these terms or engage in any disruptive or unsafe behavior.

7. Fares and Payment

Fares are calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and demand. You will receive a portion of the fare for each ride you complete. Payment will be deposited into your designated payment method according to GoSharp’s payout schedule.

8. Cancellations

Riders may cancel rides before you are assigned. You will not be compensated for cancelled rides. However, you may receive a cancellation fee if a rider cancels after you are assigned to the trip.

9. Driver Responsibility for Vehicle

You are responsible for any damage you cause to your vehicle while using the App and Services. GoSharp is not liable for any costs associated with vehicle maintenance, repairs, or fuel.

10. Commercial Use

You may not use the App and Services for any commercial purposes beyond providing rides through GoSharp.

11. Insurance

You are responsible for maintaining personal liability and collision insurance for your vehicle that meets GoSharp’s minimum requirements. GoSharp may offer supplemental insurance coverage options for your consideration.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSharp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App and Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or regulations.

13. Intellectual Property

The App and Services contain intellectual property owned by GoSharp or its licensors. You are not granted any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of operation.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a reputable arbitration service. The arbitration shall be held in the country of operation, if applicable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GoSharp regarding your use of the App and Services.

17. Updates to Terms

GoSharp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updates on the page or by email.
